Follow Up Medical Care & Hospitalizations

Hindi Ka Nag-iisa!

Nanggaling na sa doktor yung may sakit ninyong kamaganak. We emailed the medical report to you, so that you know exactly what the doctor said, just as if you were present.  In some cases, follow-up visits or hospitalization or surgery is needed.  Huwag kayong mag-alaala. Kung kailangan ninyo, we can continue to help.

The Medical Report from the doctor, which our Service rep sent to you, will include the follow-up care needed and the estimated cost.  Please ask any questions that you may have, and we will reply within 24 hours.  If you agree with the recommended follow-up care:

1. Click here, and use credit card, bank account or PayPal to pay the estimated cost.
• Follow-up doctors’ visits: Pay in full in advance.
• Hospitalizations and surgeries: Pay 30% of the estimated cost in order to schedule the procedure.  Balance is due before patient is discharged from the hospital.  We will inform you of actual costs two days before discharge, deduct the 30% deposit already paid, so that you can remit the balance needed to complete the discharge.

2. Within 24 hours of receipt of payment, we will confirm the hospital check-in or surgery date with you and directly with your patient-relative.  The patient should go to the designated office in a hospital, where our Service Rep will take care of them and bring them to the doctor, just as you would do if you were here.  Afterwards, our Service Rep will email the doctor’s findings and surgery/test results to you so you will know, just as if you were present.

3. All hospitalizations will be either at Makati Medical Center or The Medical City on Ortigas Avenue, which are among the leading hospitals in the Philippines.
